Name: Minamo Kurosawa
Better known as: Nyamo
Kurosawa-sensei (nicknamed Nyamo) is the homeroom teacher of class four, and she teaches physical education. She is polite, kind, friendly, and somehow best friends with Yukari-sensei. Nyamo and Yukari's relationship seems to mirror Yomi and Tomo's. Nyamo spends a lot of time upset at Yukari, but they remain friends. She is very well-liked by everybody and is admired for her athletic abilities.
Nyamo, as does everyone, has her baggage, though. She is single and looking, having either poor luck or slight difficulty with men. She has a competitive streak when it comes to dealing with Yukari (totally justified, as Yukari challenges her non-stop). And watch out when she gets drunk, because she'll spill the beans on anything!
Nyamo is the most well-adjusted adult character in the show, so, naturally, she gets some of the poorest treatment. She takes it all in good stride, though, and creates some incredibly fond (and funny) memories with everyone.
