Better known as: Kamineko
Kamineko is a neighborhood cat that likes to lounge about a lot, looking cute and innocent. In reality, this cat is pretty mean-tempered when it comes to humans. Kamineko has some sort of grudge against Sakaki-san, who always tries to pet him. Kamineko either runs away or retaliates by biting Sakaki's hand.
Kamineko is not as overtly hostile to other people, and, in fact, is even a bit scared of Kagura (who doesn't mind playing rough with the cat at all). Nevertheless, Kamineko isn't a friendly critter, even once flat-out attacking Sakaki without being provoked. Watch out for this kitty: he's got some big teeth and isn't afraid to use them.
